How to Order

Ordering online on uMoMasShop website is simple. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1
uMoMasShop does not require customers to sign up for an account before making a purchase but it is highly recommended for the ease of order tracking. Register for a free account here.

Step 2
Browse products on our website by clicking on Individual Collections to browse by category. Please note the products status : Preorder, US Readystock or MY Readystock.

Step 3
Choose a product you wish to buy, quantity to order and click button Add to Cart or Preorder.

Step 4
Go to cart page. Click Proceed to Checkout to make a payment.

Step 5
Fill up all the required forms. You will be given an option for payment methods. Click on button Place Order to finish the order.

Step 6
You will be emailed an online invoice by uMoMasShop.

       1- FPX for Full payment or 2x payment (50% upfront deposit, 50% upon arrival in Malaysia)

       2- ❌ PayPal (Credit Card)

       3- ❌ ShopBack

ETA : 2-3 weeks from shipment date

 

🇺🇸U.S. Ready Stock : 

Options payments 👇🏽

       1- Full payment or Deposit (50% upfront, 50% upon arrival in Malaysia) with FPX (banking transfer)

       2- Full Payment with PayPal (Credit Card or bank transfer)

       3- Full Payment with ShopBack

ETA : 2-3 weeks from shipment date

 

🇲🇾 M.Y.(Malaysia) Ready Stock :

Options Payments👇🏽

       1- Full payment with FPX (banking transfer)

       2- Full Payment with PayPal (Credit Card or bank transfer)

       3- Full Payment with ShopBack

ETA: 3-5 business days to process orders before dispatching to our courier.
