How to Order
Ordering online on uMoMasShop website is simple. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1
uMoMasShop does not require customers to sign up for an account before making a purchase but it is highly recommended for the ease of order tracking. Register for a free account here.
Step 2
Browse products on our website by clicking on Individual Collections to browse by category. Please note the products status : Preorder, US Readystock or MY Readystock.
Step 3
Choose a product you wish to buy, quantity to order and click button Add to Cart or Preorder.
Step 4
Go to cart page. Click Proceed to Checkout to make a payment.
Step 5
Fill up all the required forms. You will be given an option for payment methods. Click on button Place Order to finish the order.
Step 6
You will be emailed an online invoice by uMoMasShop.

1- Full payment or Deposit (50% upfront, 50% upon arrival in Malaysia) with FPX (banking transfer)
2- Full Payment with HitPay (Credit, Debit Cards or SPay Installments )
3- Full Payment with PayPal (Credit Card or bank transfer)
4- Full Payment with Shopback
5- BNPL with Mobipay
ETA : 2-3 weeks from shipment date
US Ready Stock :
Options payments

Note:
1- Need to choose Full Payment in order to use ShopBack, HitPay, Paypal or Mobipay.
2- Any refund for payment methods using ShopBack, Hitpay, SPay Later, Mobipay or PayPal will be in a form Store Credit only. No exception.

We DO NOT accept any form of manual payment aka bank transfer. Do not entertain any inquiry from “our admin” who ask for you to bank in money to any bank account.
